Payment must be received in full before any products are delivered or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if an error in pricing or product information occurs.

  • Digital files are delivered via download after purchase.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your device can open PDF files.

  • All digital sales are final except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cooee Quilting. This policy explains when refunds, returns, and exchanges are available for both digital and physical products, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Digital Products (PDF Quilt Patterns)

Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital pattern sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you decide the pattern is not suitable.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the digital file:

  • Is corrupted or cannot be downloaded

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Contains major errors that prevent normal use

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will:

  • Fix the file, or

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

2. Physical Pattern Products

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on physical products. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is not as described

  • Is the wrong item

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your ACL rights.

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased from Cooee Quilting.

All physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Method

We ship all physical orders via Australia Post.

​

Available services may include:

  • Standard Post

  • Express Post (if selected at checkout)

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary.

  • Standard Post: 2–7 business days

  • Express Post: 1–3 business days

 

Remote or regional areas may take longer.

4. Tracking

5. International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us, additional postage may apply to resend it.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
